Who do I contact if I have questions?

or by calling us at 1-866-326-6718. A Customer Service Representative will be available to assist you from 9:00AM to 4:00PM Pacifc Standard Time, Monday through Friday (excluding Federal Holidays).

Where is my tracking number?

All packages, domestic and international, are sent via the United States Post Office (USPS) . Tracking included when available.

How long will it take to get my order?

Please allow 2-3 weeks for domestic orders and up to 4 weeks for international orders.

What methods of payment can I use?

The Holland America Line Luggage Tag Store accepts only Visa and MasterCard. We are unable to accept orders over the phone or through the mail. Please note that our prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars.

When is my credit card charged?

Credit card transactions are completed once your order has shipped.

Why does my credit card statement say Direct Connect Group?

The Holland America Luggage Tag Store is owned and operated by Seattle-based Direct Connect Group. Your credit card statement will reflect charges from "Luggage Tag eStore".If you hvae questions reachout to us at luggagetagsupport@dcgone.com

Is my personal information secure?

The information we collect for order processing or from inquiries is not shared with any other company or website. Your information is only used to contact you when necessary. Credit Card information is only used to bill you for products and services ordered. Our secure shopping cart uses the latest secure server technology. Your order is submitted and retrieved with a secure connection to our server and remains secure at all times.

What is your cancellation policy?

In the unlikely event you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by contacting the Customer Service Team through e-mail luggagetagsupport@dcgone.com or calling us at 1-866-326-6718. Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to make changes or cancel this order once it has shipped.

How do I know my order has been processed?

After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation e-mail indicating that your order has been received.

How do I fit my printed Express Docs luggage tags into my Logo/Vintage luggage tag?

You can fold or cut along the dotted lines, making sure not to exclude your name, sail date, ship, and state room number.

What if my departure date is less than 3 weeks away?
