Who do I contact if I have questions?

Can I order by check/cash/money order?
Unfortunately, the Fierce Store is only able to accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We are unable to accept orders over the phone or through the mail. Please note that our prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars.
When is my credit card charged?
Credit card transactions are completed at the time of the shipment of materials.
Is my personal information
secure?
The information we collect for order processing or from inquiries is not shared
with any other company or website. Your information is only used to contact you
when necessary. Credit Card information is only used to bill you for products
and services ordered.
Our secure shopping cart uses the latest secure server technology. Your order
is submitted and retrieved with a secure connection to our server and remains
secure at all times.
Will I be charged sales tax
on my Fierce Store purchases?
Fierce is required by law to charge state and local sales tax for orders shipped to states where we conduct business. Therefore, all Fierce orders would include sales tax when shipped within Washington State.
What is your cancellation policy?
Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once your order is submitted, our warehouse is notified
to pick and pack your order for shipment. It may not be possible for your order
to be canceled or changed once your order is submitted, including address
changes. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

What is your Return Policy?
All products are guaranteed to
arrive in good condition and showing the same type as shown on the item image
or on your online ordering session proof. If you receive a damaged order please
contact fiercestore@fierceinc.com within 10 days of receipt of order. Your order
will be replaced and shipped to you at no additional charge.
We are unable to accept
returns for preprinted and custom printed materials. Please be sure that the
item you are ordering is the item you want before placing your order. Most
items for sale in the Fierce Store have an image for you to review.
How will I know that my order has been received by the Fierce Store and
is being processed?
You will receive a Fierce Store
order placement confirmation e-mail with your order number and order detail. Once your order has shipped an order shipment
confirmation email will be sent with your order number, order detail and UPS tracking link.

What shipping options are available?
• UPS Ground - Most deliveries completed in two to six business days
• UPS 2nd Day Air - Guaranteed delivery by the end of the second business day
• UPS Next Day Air Saver - Guaranteed delivery by the end of the next business day

— Remote locations may require additional time in transit
— UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO
How long will it take to get my order?
We make every effort to ship
orders within 48 hours from receipt of order, not to exceed 72 hours (excluding
weekends and holidays).
Additional handling charges will apply rush orders.
Please note that the
timeframes listed above are in additional to UPS delivery service levels.
